How you’re changing Bucks for the better

Getting organised

We take great hope from the number and variety of active climate action groups in Buckinghamshire. They run events, take action, apply political pressure and bring communities together to improve their environment in the ways that are needed locally. That might be litterpicking or river maintenance, or running a Repair Cafe or providing energy efficiency and recycling advice. Click here to find out more about what’s going on in our county by checking out the local events and project stories on the Mycelium Map – and get involved!

Working with Bucks Council

Get an insight into what our county Council is doing on climate change by following the Transport, Environment, Climate Change and Communities Scrutiny Committee meetings. You can ask questions of Officers by submitting via email a few days before. Click here for more information about this Committee.
